Do you inspect my home after severe weather?
In the Lowcountry, summertime storms often bring powerful wind and driving rain—conditions that can leave even the most well-built homes vulnerable. As part of our elevated service experience, we provide post-storm wellness checks for every residence in our care. These streamlined inspections, offered at half our standard rate, are designed to quickly confirm that your home is protected and free from leaks or damage. Because we prioritize reaching all of our homeowners promptly, these storm checks are focused assessments rather than full inspections. However, if you already have a regular inspection scheduled within a day or two of a storm, we will conduct the complete evaluation at the standard rate—at no additional charge for the storm check.
